I don’t know anything about my topic! How do I write articles?

This is a question we frequently receive. Not only for people who don’t know much about their topics but people just don’t know where to come up with article topics.

Writing articles is a great way to drive quick traffic to your Squidoo lenses, niche sites, and even opt in pages.  Article writing can seem overwhelming, here are some tips to help you come up with some great content to help you create quality articles

How to find content when you don’t know anything about your topic.

Search article directories for articles on your topics.

1.   Write down 5 or 6 points about your topic

2.   Take the points you’ve written down and rewrite them in your own words

Find some PLR about your topic

1   Rework the article to match your keywords

2    Take pieces from multiple plr articles and rewrite it into one article

Hire a ghostwriter

1   Check out places like elance.com and find someone who can write the articles for you.

2.    You can also put an ad up on craigslist.com to find someone in a country like the Phillipines to write your articles ~ just make sure you get writing samples so you know they can write well enough.

How to find content when you know a lot about your topic.

1.    Just write from your experience, tell a story

2.    Answer questions ~ go to places like yahoo answers and find the questions people are asking and answer them in an article

3.    Use article templates, where you add content about your topic to a  premade outline. Here are 26 great templates we recommend.
